1971
Nam Ha Bridge team was established.
1976
Ha Nam Ninh Bridge Company was officially founded.
1992
The Company was renamed as Nam Ha Transport Construction Company – Nam Dinh.

Phase 1 (1971-2000)

Established the first milestones

2000
The company was equitized and renamed as Nam Dinh Transport and Infrastructure Construction JSC.
2007
The head office relocated from Nam Dinh to Hanoi. The company was renamed as Tasco JSC.
2008
Tasco JSC officially listed on HNX, and became a prominent BT & BOT investor in the transport infrastructure sector.

Phase 2 (2000 – 2008)

Equitized and became a well-known construction contractor

2015
Commenced various projects such as Foresa Xuan Phuong, Phap Van building and residential building for employees of the Party Central Committee and Nhan Dan Newspaper. Completed the BOT Highway 1 Quang Binh.
2016
Completed Foresa Xuan Phuong project. Electronic toll collection system – VETC – came into operation. Completed BOT 39 – Thai Binh project.
2018
Increased charter capital to VND 2,686 billion. Completed BOT Hai Phong. Completed Dong Hung – Thai Binh.

Phase 3 (2008 – 2020)

Restructuring from business operations towards an investment-oriented approach

2021-2022
Robust restructuring to focus on our core business of achieving our vision to be the first choice for automotive services and smart transport infrastructure in Vietnam. Established Tasco Land and Tasco Insurance.
2023
Completed a share swap to own 100% in Tasco Auto, connecting the dots in bringing together a fully rounded value chain for cars and car owners.

Phase 4 (2021 – present)

Conduct a lean and effective restructuring
